Dill Pickle Hummus Dip

If you love dill pickle chips, creamy dips, and bold snack flavors… this one is for you.

I recently tested something a little different using our Les Savoureux Dill Pickle Seasoning, and honestly — it turned out incredibly good. Tangy, creamy, garlicky, and packed with dill flavor, this hummus is perfect for veggie trays, crackers, sandwiches, wraps, or snack boards.

The best part? It only takes a few minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas (540 mL), drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2–3 tbsp cold water (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 to 1½ tbsp Les Savoureux Dill Pickle Seasoning
  • Optional: chopped dill or extra seasoning for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, pickle juice, and Dill Pickle Seasoning to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slowly add cold water until the hummus reaches your desired texture.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Sprinkle some dill on top for decoration
  6. Serve with crackers, pita, pretzels, cucumbers, carrots, or spread into wraps and sandwiches.
