Easy Thai Air Fryer Shrimp

Sometimes the simplest meals end up being the most delicious — and these Thai-inspired shrimp are the perfect example.

Marinated in olive oil, sea salt and our Les Savoureux Thai seasoning blend, these shrimp come out incredibly flavourful, slightly citrusy, savoury and just a little spicy. The air fryer gives them a beautiful texture while keeping them juicy and tender inside. The seasoning blend gives them a perfect amount of spicy, giving them that just right amount of heat. 

Best part? They’re ready in minutes.

Perfect for quick weeknight dinners, BBQ season, meal prep or even cozy summer evenings on the patio.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1–2 tbsp Thai seasoning blend (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, salt and Thai seasoning blend.
  2. Mix well until all shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Let marinate for about 20–30 minutes.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are fully cooked and lightly golden.
  7. Sprinkle a bit of coriander on them for a nice presentation.

These shrimp are incredibly versatile and pair beautifully with so many meals:

  • Tossed into noodles or stir fry
