Homemade Chai Latte

This simple recipe lets you create a café-style chai latte right at home.
Ingredients
• 1 cup water
• 1 tablespoon loose leaf chai tea
• 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
• 1–2 teaspoons honey, maple syrup, or sugar (optional)
• A pinch of cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew the chai
Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil. Add the loose leaf chai tea and reduce heat. Let it simmer for about 4–5 minutesto allow the spices to fully develop.
