Thank you for shopping with PrismaCasa Design. Each of our products is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Because many of our products are made or prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary slightly during busy periods. If there are any delays with your order, we will notify you by email.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

We currently ship across Canada.

Estimated delivery times after shipment typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. When available, these offers will be clearly indicated on our website.

Local Pickup (Ottawa Area)

Local pickup may be available for customers located in the Ottawa, Ontario area.

If this option is available at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number when available.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care when packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

PrismaCasa Design cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.
